This electronics manufacturing company based in Hampshire are looking for a hands on engineer with a can do approach. Reporting directly to the operations manager your role will be to provide manufacturing support to ensure maximum efficiency in the running of the companies operation.
Responsibilities
Manage the manufacturing and test engineering activities
Ensure processes are fully documented
Failures are analysed and corrective actions are proposed
Team development
Provide engineering support in the 3 main area's of the business
Must's
Hands on management approach
Previous experience in a manufacturing Support Function
