Description
Manufacturing Engineer to support new product industrialisation, provide linkage between development and production to ensure optimised design for manufacturing providing engineering input to lean manufacturing activity.
Manufacturing Engineer to help to define product industrialisation strategy and work closely with development, production, quality and sourcing teams to drive the industrialisation program, Working within team of engineers, draughtsmen and technicians, applying lean principle and engineering best practice in all areas of product design to ensure optimal design for manufacturing.Define production test strategy and assist the design of production test rigs.
Planning and conduct FMEA activities.Feedback any manufacturing and quality issues to Engineering and liaise with appropriate engineers to timely resolve the issues.Maintain the product bill of materials and parts specification database using the manufacturing ERP system
