A leading, international manufacturer of high quality machined products are currently looking for a Production Controller. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the production department and driving through planned improvements.

A leading, international manufacturer of high quality machined products are currently looking for an experienced Production Controller to strengthen their successful team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the production department and driving through planned improvements.
Role & Responsibilities:
oDriving through planned improvements
oIntroduce and champion lean manufacturing and best practise
oContribute in identifying training and development of operators
oMaintain and improve Cell based KPI's
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oSupervisory/ man management experience
oCNC environment/production experience an advantage
oUnderstanding of lean manufacturing/continuous improvement an advantage
oIT literate
