Increase the efficiency of new processes and manufacturing techniques on the introduction of new products.
This leading 1st tier automotive manufacturer is continuing to expand.As a result of this expansion, the need has arisen to recruit an additional manufacturing engineer to join the existing team.
Your role:
To improve the production processes and techniques used to manufacture new products.
Create process flows.Select tool and machine suppliers.Create cell layouts.Plan tooling trials.Support personnel on new processes introduced to the plant.
Your background:
Engineering degree.Automotive industry experience in welding,pressing or assembly processes.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
