Role Description
The role is a diverse and varied position with elements of continuous improvement in current manufacturing methods. The other main facet of the role is planning and overseeing projects of new machinery introduction into the site. This will involve planning the man power required for the project and supervising contractors to do the work.

Required Experience
The company are interested in meeting candidates who have an understanding of how lean manufacturing works and are not scared to be working in a hands on environment. The manager of the team is very supportive and will offer heavy amounts of training on activities such as robot programming.

If you are an aspirational person looking for longer term succession into management the role would be ideal as the engineering manager is looking to develop a candidate long term to take on his position.
