Position: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Package: £50-60k basic + car allowance + full range of benefits
Company: Great opportunity to join a Construction Business and be part of the regional management team. Operating within the successful business that covers the Central South Coast areas to the bottom of the M25 and M4.
Role: Managing Surveyor who will have full commercial responsibility for a portfolio of schemes. The role includes client liaison, supply chain management, commercial reporting and the full management of the projects QS teams.
Working closely with the Commercial Director the successful candidate will participate in the management of the business, its development and continued success.
Requirements: The successful person will be performing a Senior Quantity Surveying or Commercial role with a recognised UK construction business focused upon the building sector, have industry qualifications, some management experience and a client focus.
