Managing Quantity Surveyor
We currently have a requirement for a Managing Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years civil contractor experience. Managing Quantity Surveyor / Utilities Quantity Surveyor Role:
You will be charged with overseeing programmes and dealing with all contractual implications. You will provide commercial support and supervising other commercial staff where appropriate. The Managing Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, negotiating final accounts, managing customer and supplier relationships and attending meetings as required.
The successful applicant will have relevant UK quantity surveying experience, preferably in the civil sector, good IT skills and negotiating skills.
