Managing Quantity Surveyor required for the commercial management of a portfolio of projects, full range of duties from scheme inceptions, to negotiation and construction. Role: Managing Quantity Surveyor required for the commercial management of a portfolio of projects, full range of duties from scheme inceptions, to negotiation and construction. Additionally responsible for subcontractor selection and management, commercial reporting and the management of projects QS teams.
Requirements: You will come from a Quantity Surveying background and have worked for main contractors in the building sector; with recognised industry qualifications, some management experience and a client focus.
