Description
Managing Estimator to take responsibility of all aspects of the Estimating process including Bid Management, managing the pre-construction team and ensuring the front end tendering process is co-ordinated and managed successfully.
Position: Managing Estimator
Package: £65k+ with benefits package
Company: South East based Construction Business with focus upon new build and refurbishment schemes £5m - £35m across London and the South East region.
Role: Managing Estimator to take responsibility of all aspects of the Estimating process including Bid Management, managing the pre-construction team and ensuring the front end tendering process is co-ordinated and managed successfully.
The main duties include tender analysis, cost management and value engineering, managing the process and timetable to ensure a timely and successful conclusion, you will prepare tenders, cash flows, forecasting/budgets and project cost plans.
Requirements: Experience of construction tendering across the building sector for both new build and refurbishment schemes. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a team with a proven track record of successful estimating.
Computer literacy is essential
