There is now a requirement for an exceptional Managing Director to build on the success of this already impressive organisation. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will assume full P & L responsibility and autonomy for the site, where your expertise will influence the future direction and development of the organisation. In addition you will make a major impact on introducing change, improving cash flow, return on investment and sales growth.
You will have held a senior management role and will be able to demonstrate success in the profitable management of a company, probably involved in the distribution or manufacture of engineered or building products, with the emphasis on customer service. You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent in a technical subject and will also be a highly motivated and entrepreneurial leader with strong sales and commercial skills.
