Description
My client, a well known Australian consultancy specialising in Change Management, Performance and Process improvement, is keen to interview excellent candidates with the view to working on contracts with existing clients.
Clients are mostly mining companies (90% are open pit mines) based in Eastern Europe although there will be opportunities to work in other parts of the world.
Candidates are likely to have an engineering degree, be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of BPM/BPR and BPI. They will have excellent project management experience and will be happy to work away from home up to 15 days at a time.
An ideal candidate will have previous experience of mining but candidates with strong process improvement experience will also be considered.
