Position: Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical Bias)
Location: Guildford (static commercial site)
Hours: 8-5 Mon-Fri, plus OT
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Duties: Planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment, faultfinding and repairs. The successful candidate should possess good experience in Building Services, knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems (first line maintenance), HVAC, lighting, power and general maintenance skills (basic plumbing).
Qualification: City & Guilds Electrical and/or Mechanical or something equivalent.
