To ensure delivery of the estate maintenance across the Farnborough site.
Duties will include:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment.
Carry out reactive maintenance tasks to the building services to maintain the equipment in an
operational state.
Upkeep of maintenance records and asset register.
The monitoring of plant, via the BMS system of proprietary controls to ensure efficient and correct
running.
Supervision and monitoring of subcontractors to ensure adherence to site operating systems and
the client's Safe Working Procedures.
Participation in out of hour's emergency call out rota.
Requirements
Building services maintenance skills.
C&G Certification, NVQ or equivalent qualification.
Awareness of maintaining potable water systems in accordance with current legislation.
Awareness of the maintenance of sanitary systems and services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
