Mechanical Fitter required to work at a site in Pimlico, London. Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 pa.

Job Description:
- Day to day delivery of PPM and reactive works.
- Working as part of a team on a rolling shift pattern at night and weekends.
- Undertake the repair and maintenance of the building fabric, plant and equipment by carrying out PPM and ensuring it is completed in accordance with set schedules, ensuring that standards are maintained in order to maximise the asset value and lifetime.
- Carry out minor repairs to internal and external fabric, electrical and Public Health Systems as required.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- At least 5 years experience within a similar role.
- Experience of plant room, boilers and pumps.
- A good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Self starter with the ability to prioritise and react to changing scenarios.
