To maintain, repair, and fit all types of heating and ventilation and to perform PPM and reactive maintenance on all associated equipment.
Competent Authorised Person in relevant disciplines.
Carry out new works and projects.
To participate in an emergency call out rota.
Participate in maintaining an up to date record of servicing of plant and equipment.
Carry out any reasonable request to perform duties, which are normal custom and practice in a maintenance environment.
Responsible To:Operations Manager, Maintenance Supervisor.
Location:Filton, Bristol
Dimensions:To provide assistance elsewhere on the Site as and when required subject to workload and Department priorities.
To undertake such additional duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with the level of responsibility
Subordinates:
Principle Accountabilities:
1. To ensure that all the systems across the site are maintained and tested in accordance with the relevant regulations. To maintain, repair, and fit all types of heating and ventilation equipment.
2. To assist other Maintenance Electricians and Mechanical Engineers in general work across the site.
3. To be aware of associated Health and Safety Regulations.
4. To be available to assist for out of hours emergency repair and maintenance work.
5. To operate as an integral part of the Maintenance Team.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years experience within a similar role.
City & Guilds, ONC, HNC
Professional Membership
Previous experience of Planned Maintenance and Installation work.
Knowledge of PPM systems.
Good Communication skills
Ability to plan and organise
Drive and Determination
Reliable
Valid full driving licence
Other factors:
Requirement for UK wide travel
Required to work overtime as necessary to complete tasks requested by clients
Required to participate in a Call Out arrangement
