MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
£27,800 + overtime
Multi skilled electrical maintenance technician required to join a team of engineers working 12hr day and night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off continental shift pattern. The engineering team is responsible for the maintenance of various high-speed production and packaging machinery.
Looking for a suitably trained and qualified individual with skills and experience in electrical control and drive systems including DC drives, inverters and AC digital servo systems as well as electronics, plcs and all aspects of process control. Experience with mechanical systems including transmission systems, pneumatics and hydraulics would be an advantage in this multi-skilled environment.
The individual concerned must be qualified with proven electrical maintenance skills and will preferably have served a recognised apprenticeship. A high level of health and safety awareness is a prerequisite.
