Maintenance Team Leader

My client is looking for a maintenance team leader to join a company based in the Northampton area. In this role you will have a hands on role in the maintenance department while working to budgets, time scales and quality levels.
The successful applicant will
•Lead the maintenance team
•Carry out PPM and respond to breakdowns
•Carry out Continuous Improvement projects
•Train and coach team members
•Work to KPIs
You will have served an apprenticeship, with a C&G as a minimum. You will be mechanically biased with a good electrical back up. You will have a flexible approach to work, be able to use your own initiative and have IT skills.
