We are currently looking for graduate calibre candidates (HNC minimum) with technical and team leadership credentials gained in a World Class Operational Maintenance or Facilities Management Environment. Other important factors are:
Strong experience in a commercially-pressurised maintenance or facilities management environment
Engineering credibility to assume prime responsibility for key Airport Assets
Leading teams in an organisation where operational efficiency & customer service are key measures
Delivering a genuine, bedded-in continuous improvement culture
Effective relationship management - with Passengers, Airport Business Partners, Unions & Contractors
Commercially astute, customer-led, with a collaborative, coaching-oriented leadership style
Good knowledge of modern Health & Safety management approaches
