We are working with an international company to recruit an exceptional Maintenance Manager to provide World Class management and development of site wide maintenance activities across all disciplines.
The successful candidates will be asked to drive reduction in energy costs and usage as well as ensuring that all Statutory, Corporate and site standards are adopted within the maintenance strategies, to Build and develop a diverse team with strong leadership and incorporating Operational Excellence as a toolset to deliver a stretching KPI focused planned maintenance service.
To apply you must be able have attained a HNC/HND / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with specific experience in:
- IOSH/Nebosh
- Water systems (L8)
- Pressure systems (AP)
- HVAC (Carrier / Holland)
- Refrigeration systems (Traine)
- Steam raising (Hamworthy/Thompson-Cochran)
- Further detailed understanding of the following general principles:
- Fluid mechanics/thermo dynamics
- Working in a regulated environment (statutory inspections/FM/Pharma)
