Description
Maintenance Manager required for large-scale manufacturing plant in Hampshire. The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance of all facilities on site. Looking after a team of Electrical, Mechanical and General Maintenance Engineers, you will be experienced in the management of teams, experienced in the planned and reactive maintenance of large scale sites, working to Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies.

Candidates should have previous working knowledge of Steam, HVAC and Air Compressor systems. Excellent Management opportunity within Process Manufacturing environment.
Specific Requirements and Tasks:
Educated in relevant engineering discipline
Supervisory experience of multi-skilled engineering teams
Experience working within Lean / Six Sigma Engineering Environment would be beneficial
Ability to multi-task and forward plan
Positive can-do approach
