Maintenance Engineer
Alternating Shift
The successful applicant will have an in-depth knowledge of hydraulics, with the ability to read and understand hydraulic circuit diagrams and diagnose hydraulic faults. You should also have the ability to read and understand electrical circuit drawings as well as calibration instruction.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for: - Calibration of test rigs and record keeping; Checking for oil cleanliness and associated record keeping; Test rig breakdowns and repairs; Setting up and operating TPM systems for the test rigs, which will include the use of the Companys maintenance software program. Setting up and overseeing 5s activities that ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the rest rigs are maintained at all times; Creation of a stores system for test rig spares to ensure that stock levels and spares usage are maintained and recorded accurately.
The successful candidate should be reliable, flexible, have good written and verbal communication skills.
