Maintenance Engineer / Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer (weekend shift)
Local food manufacturer, are recruiting for a maintenance engineer to work as part of a 4 person crew working a weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) 3 shift rotating pattern to provide service and maintenance of high volume, high speed machinery.
Maintenance engineers MUST possess the following skills:
•Hold an electrical qualification i.e. 16/17th edition / NVQ / City & Guilds
•Basic electrical fault finding knowledge i.e. sensors, switches and changing motors and basic PLC fault finding
•Basic mechanical servicing required i.e. servicing gearboxes, replacing and greasing bearings, servicing various pumps, some hydraulics.
•Can-do attitude, candidates must be willing to have a go and get stuck in.
Initial salary offered is £2800 - £30,000 + overtime and other benefits.
