Maintenance Engineer

Key manufacturer from the new build industry that produces internal and external fabrications for the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. This exciting and diverse company are at the forefront of its industry, providing quality windows, doors and conservatories to various prestigious clients. Therefore they require an experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer to assist in the manufacturing and production plant.
Any successful applicants must derive from an mechanical and electrical maintenance background, having experience working within a manufacturing environment. Furthermore you must have a basic electrical qualification such as city and guilds or a NVQ, though training is provided. The right individual most also have knowledge of production lines, as well as be able to attend breakdowns and carry out general maintenance on various machinery such as conveyors, packaging equipment, saw cutters, CNC, lathes etc.
In return the company will provide an excellent remuneration package that includes a pension, overtime, 20-25 days holiday, plus other benefits after a 3 month probation period.
