The Role
Working alongside the current maintenance team, the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for all breakdowns across the site on a range of manual and automated machinery.
The business is implementing a lean manufacturing scheme and, as part of that, the Maintenance Engineer will get involved in the new Planned Maintenance Scheme and the improvement projects across site.
The Candidate
Over the years, the company has placed increased emphasis on culture and is keen to add someone to the business with both willingness to learn and work ethic.
Due to the nature of the machinery, the business is keen to recruit maintenance engineers with a mechanical bias. Any exposure to electrical maintenance will be beneficial.
