We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Engineers to work in a large automated warehouse. The warehouse is based in Staffordshire and is a busy distribution centre for a major supermarket chain. My client is currently expanding, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company. Although this a temporary role there may be the opportunity for permanent employment.
The successful applicant will -
"Be electrically biased with an understanding of both mechanical and electrical equipment
"Have experience of PLCs - Siemens S5
"Be able to fault find on lifts/ conveyors
"Able to work at heights
"Have experience of working in FMCG
"Work to hygiene standards
Applicants should be time served, have experience of maintenance, have a minimum of 'City and Guilds' qualification or equivalent, and the ability to learn quickly.
