MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN - WITHAM - £Excellent
Are you able to provide a maintenance service to production departments, office and buildings? You will be expected to carry out some installation work, routine maintenance repairs, and support production by working on equipment as required. Duties:
To provide in-house services to production departments, offices and buildings
To be involved with special projects to install new production equipment
Routine maintenance repairs
Diagnose malfunction apparatus such as transformers, motors and lighting fixtures and replace damaged or broken wires and cables
Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, electronic and mechanical components: relays, switches and motors hydraulic and pneumatic components of machinery and equipment
Inspect and test machinery and equipment
Install, program or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers
Involved in Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM)
Education and/or Experience:
C&G qualified electrician including 16th Edition Regulations
Proven working history in a similar environment
Engineering or mechanical experience
CNC Machinery
PLC faultfinding experience, Forklift licence and welding experience would be advantageous
Working on a rotating shift of 6am - 2.15pm and 2pm - 10.15pm Monday to Friday.
