Our client is looking for a qualified electrician to undertake the building maintenance for their clients in the south of England. This position will be centralised around the Hampshire area but there will be occasional work further along the south coast.
This position will include all manner of electrical maintenance work including work on the buildings control panels which are either TREND or HONEYWELL systems. When on site the successful candidate will also be required to methodically check the calibration of sensors and functions of valves and actuators etc.
You will also be expected to keep records of contracts completed and quote customers for additional work when needed (Full training given).
This position will include a company van, phone and laptop. The successful candidate will come from an electrical background with either maintenance experience or experience working on either of the control systems detailed above.
The standard hours of work are 7.5 a day totalling 37 hours week. The start / finish times can be flexible depending on the location of the work. Overtime booked during the week is paid at the standard rate.
