Description
A building services contractor seeks an M & E Quantity Surveyor to work in Nottingham
This Building services contractor in Nottingham requires an M & E Quantity Surveyor to produce best possible financial outcome of contract by the effective use of company reports and contract conditions and contract team liaisons. You will need to have gained good contractual awareness and a good general understanding of contract law and timely issue of notifications from a previous building services contractor. You will also be dealing with the Management of Sub-Contractors and cash flow, cost control and the pricing of works. You will also produce and monitor applications and Final Accounts and check agreed sub-contract, applications and accounts. You will also deal with management reports and be able to liaise with your team members and delegate work, supervise staff and have good communication and letter writing skills.
