Description
A large building services contractor seeks an M & E Project Manager to work in Nottingham.
This large Building services contractor requires an M & E Project Manager in Nottingham to deal with the M & E installation on their projects. You will ensure that the company makes a profit whilst ensuring a quality job and deal with the cost control and ensure works are carried out within budget. You will deal with the prices and invoice the works and deal with the variations, control sub-contractors and ensure payments are made on time. You will manage the installations and plan the works and resource your labour requirements, monitor outgoings and income and communicate regularly with the client produce monthly financial reports and deal with staff. You will have gained good people management skills and knowledge of contract law, design, computer skills and some technical qualifications and hold a full driving license.
