Description
A large building services contractor seeks an M & E Project Engineer to join them in Sheffield.
This Building services contractor requires an M & E Project Engineer in Sheffield to control the technical execution of the projects and enable the company to maintain or maximize the gross profit of the contract. You will deal with the technical content of drawings and the tender submission and any technical queries during and monitor the material and sub-contract procurement and sub-contract packages and assist the Quantity Surveyor with reports, valuations and forecasts. You will report progress of the installation's and monitor material deliveries as well as Co-ordinate sub-contractors and suppliers. You will need to have gained previous experience with a contractor and you should have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing and also attend site meetings. You will manage the commissioning and handover and procedures and you will need to have a basic knowledge of contract law with some IT skills along with good communication skills with a proven track record
