A firm of building services contractors in Cambridge seeks an M & E Estimator for maintenance.

This leading Multi-Disciplinary Building Services Contractor in Cambridge requires an M & E Maintenance Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who ideally will come from a building services background and is seeking to broaden their experience. You will be involved in the evaluation and pricing for new service agreements and maintenance contracts and this will include the assessment of labour hours against tasks, material costs and negotiating competitive quotes for specialised sub-contracted elements. Some travel throughout the UK will be required and a company vehicle will form part of a very competitive package. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and able to work to tight deadlines and you will need to have a proactive approach especially in problem solving
