A large fit out and refurbishment firm seeks an experienced M & E Building Services Manager to join them in Berkshire.
This large fit out and refurbishment specialist requires an M & E Building Services Manager to join them in Bracknell in Berkshire. You will be working alongside the contracts manager managing several projects at one time valued from 250k 10 million mainly on large office fit outs. You will be working in a lively and well established team of around 50 staff and as the M & E manager you will work as part of the team coordinating and delivering the services elements of their projects. This is a client facing role so you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as managing the services elements of fit outs for refurbishment projects. You will ideally have gained previous experience with a main contractor or a services contractor and have an outgoing and proactive outlook; some local travel will be required although you will be based in their Bracknell office
