MEP Manager - Qatar, Doha
My client is a leading building and civil engineering company based in Doha. The Company has grown to be one of the major construction companies in Qatar and has gained a proven reputation for quality workmanship on a wide variety of projects which have been completed on programme and within budget, and has achieved GRADE 1 status for Building Contractors, the highest grade classified by the Government of Qatar.
My client is currently seeking an MEP Manager to run two hotel fit-outs (Adjacent to each other) based in Doha. Start date now, ideally has a Mechanical background, hotel experience would be a benefit and the successful candidate must have run MEP projects before.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL REQUIRE:
- Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Big Projects in co-ordinating service requirements.
- An Mechanical Engineer with experience in executing air-conditioning works in multi storied buildings should be able to co-ordinate the requirements of A/c, Electrical & Plumbing works with our MEP Subcontractors on our projects.
- Engineer with substation experience will also be considered
Package will be agreed depending on experience and candidate but would be extremely competitive and tax free. Middle East Experience is preferable but not necessarily essential, as this is a client facing role excellent English speaking is crucial.
