New PM company, subsidary of huge developer urgently require MEP Manager ASAP!
My main client is a massive property developer with multi-projects across the Middle East, they have recently launched a brand new Project Management company to assist with their projects and service other clients, this company urgently require an experienced MEP Manager to represent the client on the MEP works, initially involved within at least 4 of the prestigious residential projects the client is involved with this year.
The ideal candidate would be expected to:
Review, approve, and process the MEP consultancy design, and contractor's shop drawings
•Review the contractor's correspondence related to the MEP works
•Co-ordinate with the other departments and other disciplines
•Review MEP contractor's and supplier's qualifications
•Liaise with the General manager to resolve issues and plan
•Review tender documents and submittals
•Inspect major MEP equipment upon delivery site
•Generate survey reports for design, construction, and commissioning stages
You will be a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering with high rise, hotel, and residential towers. Gulf experience would be an advantage. Able to communicate effectively and manage personnel.
Excellent and extremely competitive remuneration package available, for the right candidate this would range between equivalent to £45,000 - £55,000 basic, tax free, full mobilization costs covered if necessary.
