We are presently working on behalf of a leading M&E Building Services Consultancy. They have 7 offices spread across the UK and are presently seeking an intermediate / senior mechanical building services engineer to join their team in Croydon, South London.

MECHANICAL BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN ENGINEER / SENIOR MECHANICAL BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN ENGINEER / BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN ENGINEER
We are presently working on behalf of a leading M&E Building Services Consultancy. They have 7 offices spread across the UK and are presently seeking an intermediate / senior mechanical building services engineer to join their team in Croydon, South London.
They are involved with several multi-million pound projects in the area including commercial office blocks, hospitals and schools. They have an excellent client portfolio and are consistent in delivering quality professional services.
The successful applicant will hold minimum of HNC in Building Services or Mechancial Engineering with UK experience working in the construction industry as a mechanical design engineer. You will be familliar with AutoCAD, Hevacomp and ideally IES. You will be competent with HVAC, heat / loss calculations, pipe size, ductsize calculations within building services.
You will be looking to join a forward thinking company where excellent training will be provided with the opportuinity to move up to the next level as soon as you are ready.
Package is negotiable dependent on experience, in the region of £30K - £40K plus car, allowance, pension, bonus and healthcare
