Materials Controller - Electronics - nr Maldon MALDON - SALARY £18000
Do you have experience working with electronic components - conversant with either stock control, kitting or assembly? This varied role could be the one for you, as our client is looking for someone who is wanting to progress their career into a projects role, where you will maintain your stock skills but also be very customer focussed, handle queries and problems through to completion.

Duties:
Reporting to, and being guided by the Purchasing and Operations Managers your duties will be varied and will offer career progression:
Working from customers BOM's you will produce kits for the assembly area.
Stock counting and labelling
Liaison with customer regarding their orders: component selection, manufacturability, delivery time and other general queries and questions
Assisting with good inwards during busy times
Skills
Familiar with the identification of conventional and SMT electronic components
Applicants must be computer literate: Word and Excel
Long term training on the companies E-macs stock control program will be given
Good eyesite is essential
Able to work under pressure.
