BUILDING SERVICES MANAGER - MAJOR M&E PROJETCS - HIGH PROFILE UK CONTRACTOR
Purpose:
The provision of technical advice and assistance on services issues on a specific project, typically from winning the tender through to completion.
On major projects this may be as part of a project management team; possibly having responsibility for one or more Project Building Services Managers. Alternatively responsible for a number of smaller projects with Project Building Service Managers in residence.
Requirements:
•An experienced building services engineer from either a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
•3-5 years experience of leading an M&E team in a multi-disciplinary environment at a senior level.
•Experience of working on a variety of projects, and strong Project Management skills
•Have a strong financial acumen and business management
•Excellent communication skills and able to effectively lead the team
