Planning Engineer / Contracts Planner / Building Services Planner
Salary and Location
The salary is negotiable. The job will be based in Watford.
An experienced planner is required for one of the UK's top M&E company's planning some of the company's premier building services projects.
Role Description
The role requires you to plan all potential/new business from the tender stage through to project completion. This will see you linking programmes, covering all stages such as design, procurement, construction, commissioning to a successful project completion.
Required Experience
The successful client will be preferably educated to HNC level (or an equivalent) standard. Previous experience working in a building services environment is essential. They must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills together with a flexible working manner.
