An Established Building Services Contractor is seeking to recruit an M&E Building Services Estimator who will report to the Regional Estimating Manager, the role will involve overseeing all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical Estimating for the Regional Estimating Team and managing a small team of estimators, in addition to:
•Reviewing enquiry documentation with the Estimating Manager to fully determine and understand the conditions of tender

An Established Building Services Contractor is seeking to recruit an M&E Building Services Estimator who will report to the Regional Estimating Manager, the role will involve overseeing all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical Estimating for the Regional Estimating Team and managing a small team of estimators, in addition to:
•Reviewing enquiry documentation with the Estimating Manager to fully determine and understand the conditions of tender
•Quantifying the extent of the work involved and the provision of innovative cost solutions
•Ensuring all work follows Company procedures, including SHEQ procedures
•Reviewing commercial/technical risks associated with enquiries to find the best solution
•Addressing key client requirements and expectations to assist development of a productive, good working relationship
•Identify potential risks/opportunities within the scope of enquiries received
•Finalising prime costs and preparing agreed tender submission documentation.
•Candidates must have experience in related building services estimating, have knowledge of industry safety standards and must be competent in the following computer applications: Microsoft Word and Excel Estimating software, such as Estimation
