M&E Contracts Manager/Mechanical and Electrical Contracts Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join a leading and established M&E company. The successful applicant will be working on some of their premier projects in the London area.
Salary and Location
Salary negotiable dependant upon experience. The role will be based in Watford.
Role Description
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for running numerous M&E projects, individually valued anywhere up to £12million. You will oversee the progress of the project, coordinating project managers and engineers, to ensure work is delivered on schedule and within budget. You will report directly into your Operational Director providing timely reports relating to the projects, as well as liaising with your client to discuss project progress.
Required Experience
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in M&E contract management on M&E projects valued over £2million. This role requires an individual who will be able to support the business' need to make cultural changes internally, meaning the successful applicant must also be able to operate at a strategic level.
