In this role, you wear ensure the monitoring and delivery of tooling of the Local Business Support Systems Specialists in the field of dealing with incidents so that the departments in the business services required interrupted as little as possible.
Provides that any operating eliminated.
Provides substantive documentation and work instructions with respect to the common Incidents at the end of the learning curve for new staff could be reduced.

Is concern for the continuous development and improvement, including establishment of the Business Support Systems business in accordance with related agreements with the aim of requested services from the business in time to be able to deliver. Develops tools for monitoring and Incident & Service Delivery for the team Local Operations Specialist.
It contributes to the continuous development and improvement, including establishment of the Business Support Systems processes in accordance with agreements made with the aim of the requested services from the business in time to be able to deliver.
It contributes to the monitoring and implementation of SOX-related tasks relevant to the Department of Local Applications in order to comply with the legal obligations in the field of SOX.
Job requirements:
Essential:
HBO Science Informatics
SQL Databases
Java, Pl/SQL , Oracle databases
Cramer
At least 2 years experience in the IT
At least 2 years experience in the Telecom sector
Good written and oral communication skills. .
Good English and Dutch
Desirable:
Programming languages
Knowledge of system
Knowledge of IT Standard practice and concepts
Knowledge of the IT systems used
Knowledge of the work generated by the system are supported depending on the specific training requirements will be managed systems knowledge and skills required.
