Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen within this leading Coventry based manufacturer of products into the automotive and aerospace industries for a lean manufacturing engineer with strong continuous improvement skills.
THE ROLE
You will be working within one of the UKs leading automotive manufacturing companies who are dedicated to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities. You will be responsible for the implementation of a number of lean improvement activities across the shop floor and it will be your role to develop methodologies in order to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing areas.
THE PERSON
Ideally you will have strong CI and Lean skills, and be working as an improvement engineer in the capacity of a production, manufacturing or process engineer at the moment. You will need to have an understanding of Lean tools, as well as experience of implementing them into a manufacturing environment. You will need to be keen to progress and develop your career, so ideally you will have some form of qualification in an engineering discipline.
