Role & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for supervision on upto 4 stress engineers
•Support the interview process of potential stress engineers
•Support the development of company wide stress capability
•Carry out Personal Development Reviews (PDR's)
•Maintenance of stress data used in projects
•Establishing feasible solutions to design and engineering problems
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
•Degree in Engineering related discipline
•6-10yrs relevant work experience
•4yrs experience as team leader pref.
•Understanding of Patran/Nastran/hand calculations
•Knowledge of metallic/composite aircraft structures
