Lead Stress (Fatigue & Damage Tolerance / F&DT ) Engineer - Hertfordshire
To direct a small project based team of F&DT engineers and carry out F&DT analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. F&D/T analysis of component structure using classical/bespoke methods and in conjunction with specific processes/procedures.
2. Creation of design and certification files.
3. Responsible for estimates and quotations required to form part of a bid.
4. Responsible for the overall technical compliance of the F&DT teams analysis with the customer specification
5. Responsible for the direction of a team of F&DT engineers on a project to agreed milestones.
