Description
Lead Software Test Engineer - Harlow £37,000 + Bens. A Lead Test Engineer is required for this international client with the ability to run complete test regimes on own initiatives. Experience in creating test plans, generating test scripts and providing test reporting. Experience in the management of the day to day test operation for defined projects. Ability to communicate at all levels. Experience of test activity estimation. Familiarity with DOORs databases. Experience with Rational Clearquest and Clearcase systems. At least 3 years experience in a manual testing role or similar domain. At least one year of experience in a test lead role. A good understanding of the product life cycle and the role of test within that process. Experience of the Rational Unified Process. A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
