My client, a global presence in the power generation sector, is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to promote and improve operational quality assurance throughout their South Lincolnshire plant.
My client, a global presence in the power generation sector, is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to promote and improve operational quality assurance throughout their South Lincolnshire plant.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful applicant will promote and improve operational quality assurance throughout the plant, utilising established improvement tools and techniques to reduce internal quality costs and scrap levels. They will improve the capability of internal processes and promote preventative actions and provide key skills in root cause analysis and process improvement, to fully support and manage the interplant MPS PPAP process.
Applicants should be educated to HND/Degree level in an engineering subject, have experience as an ISO 900:2000/TS 16949 Auditor and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the AIAG toolset, (PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA).
