Our client is looking for a Lead Integrity Engineer. They offer an attractive salary with a target driven bonus of up to 25%, along with a company car allowance.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibility for coordinating and verifying the effective implementation and management of all issues relating to the integrity of the Production Unit's assets.
KEY DIMENSIONS:
Responsibilities shall cover all issues which have the potential to impact asset integrity, including equipment & hardware, process & procedures, operational business systems, verification & assurance and personnel competency.
Responsibilities shall also include assisting the Production Unit's Management team to define the asset integrity strategy and develop related processes and procedures in order to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of this strategy.
Additional responsibilities include the management of static mechanical systems, inspection engineering, pipelines engineering, corrosion engineering and fabric maintenance.
Essential:
Previous relevant industrial experience, of which some should be oil & gas industry related.
Previous experience in an Asset Integrity Management role
Demonstrable HSEC knowledge & skills, including knowledge of Safety Case, Verification Schemes and Pressure Systems Safety Regulations.
Compute literate, including experience with electronic maintenance management systems
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & influencing skills

Preferred:
Working knowledge of rotating equipment, process, structural, electrical, instrumentation, safety, and control system design and operations.
Experience in operability, operational readiness, operational surveillance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and production optimisation.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Chartered Engineer or equivalent
Minimum Honours Degree, ideally Masters or Higher, in Mechanical/ Structural /Materials or Process discipline
