My client, a part of an international power generation business, is seeking a Lead Engineer to work in their East Kent facility.
My client, a part of an international power generation business, is seeking a Lead Engineer to work in their East Kent facility.
The successful applicant will be responsible for producing engineering designs, data and documentation for new, modified and customer application products and components in accordance with the company's programmes, budgets and schedules and to work with other Company departments as appropriate to ensure full process capability. The position holder will be expected to produce creative and innovative designs that are fully documented and to meet the Company's expectations and quality standards.
Applicants should have demonstrable experience in a relevant technical position, preferably in a power generation related design environment in an appropriate discipline. They should display good PC skills with experience of PC or Workstation drafting package such as AutoCAD or Pro-Engineer. The ability to work on your own initiative is essential with good problem solving skills with experience of communicating at all levels internally and externally. Candidates should be qualified to at least HNC level in an appropriate engineering subject.
