LEADING BUILDING SERVICES CONSULTANCY NEEDS SENIOR STAFF
CLIENT
Leading building services consultancy with a renowned reputation for high quality design and delivery.
VACANCY
Looking to employ an Associate/Principal level sustainability Engineer based in LIVERPOOL City Centre to build a team around due to excessive growth within this division
REQUIREMENTS
You will need to be degree educated - ideally a services degree OR Mechanical degree and will be either chartered or working towards chartered status.
You will need to have an outgoing personality, confident and have good interpersonal skills
You must have experience of TAS or IES and be computer literate good working knowledge of Excel
Good working knowledge of BREEM or ideally a qualified assessor - although not essential
PROGRESSION AND PACKAGE
You will be offered ongoing support as well as any additional training required and be working alongside some of the very best building services engineers within the industry.
Basic Salary of £45,000+ as well as a full package to include company car/Allowance, Bonus Scheme, Pension, Healthcare and excellent holiday allowance
