Description
To be the procurement focal point for Sites internal customers.
Ensure when needed Indirect Supply Management (ISM) properly support Site needs by liaising with Head of ISM in country.
Key Account Manager - UK Sites
To be the procurement focal point for Sites internal customers.
Ensure when needed Indirect Supply Management (ISM) properly support Site needs by liaising with Head of ISM in country.
Participate to Site Internal Customers operational meetings in order to flow down ISM key information, represent ISM interests as well as gather information to be distributed to relevant ISM team members
Participate to relevant ISM operational meetings and flow down relevant information from Sites in order to ensure ISM cover properly Site operational needs
Support on request ISM activities on Site in order to ensure buy-in and participation of internal customers
Thanks to comprehensive understanding of ISM activities (current and planned) for given sites, support planning of OP/budget of Site internal customers.
In reverse support ISM planning by giving full transparency on procurement needs, current and planned, to ISM teams.
Support Commodity Management activities by identifying opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement and inform Commodity managers on them.
In case of urgent need on Site, ensure swift solution and support is set up by ISM team and actively support to solve the issue.
Be 1st level support on Site.
The interface to the UK Head of Sites for all procurement issues.
Resolve potential conflicts of objectives, priorities and interests with Site Managers, HR and Finance organisation.
Manage operational availability of services for the national Facility Management commodity with regard to total cost of ownership and mitigation of risks.
Manage relationship between the company and major facilities suppliers.
Responsible for major one-offs procurement activities on Site regarding Site services procurement activities such as refurbishment/investments
Required qualification/experiences:
Graduate in Site Services studies or building engineering or similar
Ability to convince people and lead by influence.
Ability to work autonomously.
Result oriented.
Knowledge of SAP as user
Demonstrated experience in the area of Site Services/Logistics and Project mgt.
Supply management experience.
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
